We spent a lovely Xmas surrounded by picturesque nature and enjoyed a wonderful swimming pool and sauna included in the room price. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioner provided fresh and clean air. The massages offered were great and at a reasonable price.

We experienced some inconvenience with the breakfast, as there were not enough options available for English speaking guests and little information was provided about the food. We also had difficulty checking in during a stormy night, and other guests' events in the swimming pool interfered with our experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, even with their limitations. The late night check-in staff member went out of his way to assist us at 3 AM, ensuring we had a smooth arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were as expected. The geology museum and the space VR experience were incredible additions to our stay. They are a must-visit for any nature enthusiast. Additionally, the lunch offered at the hotel was of high quality and provided great value for money.

Air conditioning and shower were great. the bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night's sleep. the hotel offered a variety of services like health massages at reasonable prices. the location had beautiful scenery and free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast were included.

The restaurant was understaffed and the service was slow. the dishes were left uncleaned and there was a long wait for food.
